With a specialized technical staff and with extensive experience in the area of Law and Health, the office operates in the sector, guaranteeing the users of health insurance plans the authorization of the necessary procedures with coverage provided in the contract and in the legislation applied to the sector. The office also assures the constitutional right to health by judicializing situations in which the Public Authorities refuse to pay for procedures necessary to reestablish the health of the citizen.
